Decided I wanted to do a whole bunch of these after all.
GunWalker is a military/guard unit, but there are plenty of these guys that you’ll find for civilian enforcement too.
These units are nicknamed for their bodies being packed with sensors, good luck finding a blind spot - the optics only account for about 5-10% of what these fuckers can actually “see.”
While they’re great at chasing down targets, that’s not all they do: their Swiss-army-knife limbs might be a hint.
They’re damn fast in a hover, but these guys use a lot of power (even with the ability to cling and crawl using their limbs.) There are other more efficient units that are purpose-built for running people down.
And yes, they’re biomechs - at least partially. But the Post-Earth setting has a LOT going on that I’ll flesh out in other posts sometime, so for now, just enjoy the critters as they come!
Have you even thought of doing this style to vehicles from movies and video games?
Luckily you override them and upgrade that feature.
